ORDER FORM
To place an order, email it to sales@christmastreewreaths.com.
Our minimum quantity for wholesale wreaths and garland is 50
pieces (these can be
mixed sizes and products). The minimum quantity is negotiable if you are
picking up. Our wreaths are made fresh when ordered and are
single sided using strong wreath rings. We make high quality
wreaths with great tips that are green and fresh.
Wholesale Prices are below (not
including shipping). The cheapest way to receive your
wreaths/roping is to pick them up. The pick up location is
10197 NC Hwy 18 South, Laurel Springs, NC 28644. You can pick
up any day or time during the season. Just give us a call at
336-977-1708 or 336-877-6748 to meet you there for pick up. If

bottom of the page
When do you need to place your order? We
prefer to receive orders the first of October. However, we
accept orders any time during the season until we fill our
calendar with commitments. Our busiest time is before
Thanksgiving so if you need your order by then, it is best to
place it early. We are better able to take last minute orders
after Thanksgiving.
Quotes: If you would like a quote with
shipping costs, please email us the product you want and
shipping address and request a quote. When you are ready to order, please

Handmade bows - $7.00 wholesale
(approximately 10" across with 16" tails). These are
available in red, red with gold edge, brick red, brick red with
gold edge, burgundy, burgundy with gold edge, royal blue, white,
brown, purple, and citrus green.
We can make bows with any of the ribbon listed on our website as
long as we have enough of the ribbon. Please

SHIPPING
We charge $50 per crate for the cost of the crate and packing
plus the cost to ship. If you would like to procure your own
shipping, you will need this information:

charge a residential fee (Schools are considered residential

We can fit in a large crate about
250 - 8" or 10" Ring Size or
120- 12" or 14" Ring Size or
18 - 75' Garland (white pine usually takes up less space then
Fraser or Mixed) or
50 - 25' Garland
We can ship different sizes and a mix of rope and wreaths in a
crate. For a mixture of products, please email us what you want
and we will calculate what will fit.
You can procure your own shipping if you would like. We would
just need to know the pick up date so that it will be ready on
time.
PAYMENT
We require a 50% deposit when your order is placed.
For shipped orders, we won't be able to ship your order until we
have received final payment two weeks in advance. If your order is
scheduled to ship 11/15 and we don't have payment in our office
by 11/1, then your order won't be able to ship on 11/15.
You can make wholesale order payments by check (two weeks prior
to pick up/shipment), money order,
cashiers check, wire transfer, bill.com or cash upon pick up. There
is a $25 fee for wire transfers.
CARE OF WREATHS/ROPING
Our wreaths are dipped in a preservative which will make them
last longer. They will do better in a cold and misty
environment. They will not last as long if they are in a
hot and dry environment. If the wreaths and roping are
placed in a tight, hot and very dry space with full sunlight
(for instance under plastic in the sun), the needles will turn
brown and fall off. Please make sure they are in a shady
area, with lots of air and water them if they seem dry.
You can completely submerse them in water or mist them.
Please be aware that sunlight hitting frost on the wreaths and
roping can burn them so be sure to keep them in the shade if
they are frosty. Frost and ice won't hurt the wreaths and
roping as long as they are allowed to thaw and not banged around
so that the limbs break. If the wreaths must be in a hot
area (not full sunlight), be careful when watering to make sure
they have plenty of air (not stacked).
